A Glorious Spring Day

Yesterday's weather was amazing...low 70's with little wind. I spent the majority of the late morning/early afternoon finishing the painting on our garage.  I started this project late Fall and because of Winter, I wasn't able to complete it until now. I love the feeling of completion!

While I was out there, James had the kiddos "helping" him with yard work.  They had snow shovels out to dig in the dirt.  The boys gathered sticks to make some sort of a machine.  Isaiah found a feather so he hung onto that the whole time.  Samara was her daddy's little shadow.  I tried to get a picture of the two of them, but Samara would not cooperate.

For dinner, I met up with some of the girls from my old job.  Nothing better than great company, Mexican food, and a 1/2 price margarita.  Definitely a great way to use my "blow money" =)
